Does anyone know about this company? They contacted me to do a signing. The borrowers never signed. They did however reschedule, several times. I printed out over 166 pages in e-docs and now I'm worried that I won't get reimbursed for the docs and trip fee.
The borrowers had a bad feeling about this company. Now so do I.

The borrowers' premonition that you share is correct. They are cheap; just turned me down for a closing fee on a cancellation that patently was not the signing agent's fault. Others have made similar complaints. See earlier posts.

Very slow pay. I have not closed for them directly but they did call me to join their database. I told them that I was available through the company through whom I had accepted a Richmond Title assignment.

Doesn't matter if they pay you or not. You'll do it for FREE.

If you could read, you would know that I do not charge for my notarial services... I do charge for closing a loan.

Please be assured Kari that you will be paid for your printing fee and trip. I am the person who contracted you for the closing. If you do not receive payment, please call me at 1-800-945-8808 ext 8809.
As for the comment of Hugh Nations, I will call you directly to find out which file you are referring to resolve this.
