Richmond Title - Plano, Texas
Since Tukai Sen was monitoring the board a couple of days ago and my posts were not responded to, I thought perhaps this would be a good time to again bring up my concerns.
QUESTION: Does Richmond Title/Plano, Texas schedule more than one notary, or schedule more than one Signing Service to find a notary per assignment, confirm the same, and then cancel us as it benefits Richmond Title?
See earlier posts by me about Richmond Title/Plano.
If there is no response, I guess that is the answer.

KC -
If you have not, please be sure to read the recent earlier posts so that you get the full picture. I don't want my question to imply that this is the *truth*. Situations I have encountered have led me to *ask* this.
Earlier this month, another notary was prevailed upon to answer a question about her business--no one has picked up on the fact that my concerns were not addressed...so, I am asking again.
As regular readers and posters know, I usually keep unpleasant experiences to myself, or at least keep the name of the company quiet.
It's not easy for me to break away from that policy, and to keep asking, but since Tukai came on to address fee problems, I wanted to get answers about my concerns while others were getting answers.
And, I just don't want the phrase "title company" to dazzle us beyond looking at the full picture.

What exactly was it that you guys posted that got Tukai Sen to respond?
Below are his posts wherein he states that you guys made negative remarks and he wanted to clear them up.
=================TUKIA's earlier posts========================== It was brought to my attention that there were notaries concerned about receiving payments about closing they did for Richmond Title. I have contacted via this website or phone every individual to have their concerns addressed and fixed. This includes Kari Welch(HI) via message board and Hugh Nations(TX). It was determined that the closing that led Mr. Nations to have some very negative remarks about Richmond Title were indeed that of a completely different company. We spoke about it over the phone and the one outstanding bill he did have, he never billed us for. I have asked him to fax me personally the invoice and I would see that the payment is sent to him. If any notary ever has a problem with a closing that I schedule, feel fre to contact me via message board or telephone. Thanks Tukai Sen Richmond Title 1-800-945-8809
We have done a few closings in Montana as well, so I have sent you an application. I will check the forums multiple times daily too see if anyone is interested in doing signings and to take care of anything that maybe going wrong. Thanks

Thank you, Tukai.
I will put the facts together (comprehensively) and contact you after Christmas.
