I just want to praise this company. I have been doing signings for them for the past year and haven't ever had one problem out of them. The staff is excellant and the deals are clean. Never any trouble with the borrowers. Anyway, their normal procedure for paying is you invoice them the 1st day of the month following your closing. Well, my closing was on Dec. 1 so I normally would have had to wait until Jan. 1 to invoice. I called their accouting dept. and asked them if I could invoice for this month since I missed the deadline by a day. They let me and the check was in my mailbox about 3 days later. I thought that was so nice of them to do that. (Now don't start asking for checks early, they might not like that) I thought it was a nice gesture.
