What price does Signing Services charge

I was wondering if anyone knows how much Signing Services charges Title Companies and Mortgage companies? I know the price would vary, but was curious.

I have seen on the Hud that some charge $250, and then want to pay you $50. I know for a fact of two title companies that I sign for charge as much as $300 to $450. Yes they pay very well.

Title companies list verious prices for notary work on the HUD. Internally, the hide some other costs under that number. That way they can say " thats not to us, its to an outside agency"

I think an 80/20 split ought to be fair. us 80 them 20.

on settlement statements, I have seen the notary fees as high as $500 on sellers, the title companies have an amount that they are willing to pay and this is $350. On prime mortgage companies like greenpoint, they pay their notaries $300 per loan package. So if these are what the individual notaries are making, I assume this is what the ss are requesting.
