What the heck is going on????

I received 3 calls last night after 10:00pm Eastern time for some last minute signings the same night.
I guess these people must've come back from their X-mas office parties with too much joy juice in their system. Geez!!!

I know that feeling. I have gotten calls from IREP @ 9 pm to do signings. Sorry, I am ready to relax. These signings have been way out of my area for me to drive that late.

I have no idea what signing agency it was -- they didn't even identify themself. They just began that they needed a signing for that night at 8:00. It was already 5:30. All they knew was a zip code -- they didn't know anything about the docs -- no borrower name or even address. So you know that the docs were no wear even close to being complete. I told them I already had a commitment. Their response was, "I don't understand -- can you do the signing?"

Some people are clueless especially that late at night. If I am not going to move from my chair then I just say No. But if I am still going then I always ask for details. No details find someone else cause I am not waiting around for bull! What ever happened to common courtesy?
