Not for me - just another signing day, although they're usually in the morning that day. You would have to consider your own market situation; if you charge extra for Saturdays, you may well have competitors that won't. This business requires a good amount of flexibility, and being available is a key to success.

Nope, no charge on saturday. It's considered a normal day in my signing world.

Saturday & Sunday ...

Both are just another business day for me - and for all my competitors.

Good suggestion re feeling out what others in your area are charging. If all others charge "regular" rates you may find yourself having a lot of free weekend time. On the other hand, if you have no one in your area who wants to work weekends, then you will be able to get higher rates.

another part of our job that has gone by the wayside. Several companies, including ServiceLink when they were a real title company, paid additional for Saturdays AND for evenings after 6:00. It was automatic, no begging, no pleading, not even having to ask.
