First signing--have questions

My first signing is today. The loan package has some docs that are dated for the 23rd instead of the 22nd. Is this okay? What date should be put on the docs that aren't dated? There is also an affidavit that doesn't have all the information filled in but asks the borrower to sign and me to Notarize. The affidavit says "I/we certify that no checks have been written subsequent to the request for ccancellation of the line of credit and the payoff regarding my/our mortagage with ____________dated / / and recorded / / in MB , page in the amou t of $ .
How do I explain this to the borrower?

Sorry, I'm just alittle nervous and want ot do it the correct way.
