I received 2 closings from this company in Oct/Nov. 2003. I have yet to be paid. the first month they would answer the phone and give me the run around the "Checks in the Mail". I have sent them certified mail requesting my payments, needless to say, it was returned back to me. So if by chance you get calls from them I would suggest not excepting any signing from them.
