Most people who have been in the business awhile probably do have their own list of title companies. However, I don't believe they are likely to share that list with anyone.

You will need to do your own research and develop your own contacts. Good Luck.

Yes. People who have been in the business for a while are likely not to give you info. with title companies they work with. Try starting with the phone book. Even though it felt like cold calling to me, I still did it to. I pushed myself to pick up the phone. Also market youself to title companies and lenders in your area.
