not paying contracted fee for signing

have not been paid for a signing with: "Millennium Signing Service" out of california. signing took place Sept. 2003. have been getting the run around by the person incharge of payroll.......by the name of: "rosy". keeps telling me that she has to speak with the owners.
tried calling again today......the phone # is not working.....? anyone know the new number or are they out of business?

Yes, they closed their doors....took everybody's money and ran. You may contact the owners, Cindy and Daniel LeVeque at (909) 898-4784. They screen their calls, but leave your message anyway. Hound them till they pay. They live in Corona, CA.

I keep a file box of all the "notes" from message boards and word of mouth of good/bad/GONE signing services and I have them listed as "Out of Business"....
I check the gomobilenotary and other boards about once a week.
It comes in handy.
