Business card

Greetings,

I got lots of free lunch when I was a real estate agent. Well, its pay back time. I've made enough money to start taking my local escrow/loan officers out for lunch as part of my marketting. I'm in the process of getting business cards made and am not sure whats best to put on the card.

Do I really need a business name on the card? If so, I have to get a business license, right?
Does anyone has a sample that I can take a peak?

Please email me ([e-mail address])

Thank you much

A business name isn't a requirement. If you do choose a business name you should file a fictitious business name statement (DBA), but I don't think you need to get a business license just because you're doing business under a company name.

My cards are pretty basic - my name, title (notary public), business name, "Real Estate loan document specialist", address, phone, fax, email address.

My business cards are the same as yours: Name, address, and ALL of my phone and fax numbers.

I thought about a name, but I couldn't really think of a good reason, other than it would be practical for a website. But when I get a website, that will be on my business cards, too!

BTW, Vista Print has great deals on business cards.
