National Real Estate Information Services

Has anyone heard of National Real Estate Information Services or Integrated Real Estate Processing from Pittsburgh? I've been contacted to sign up. Any comments positive or negative? TIA!!

IREP does the home equity closings for Beneficial Finance & Household Finance. Their procedures can be a pain the neck and sometimes time consuming. However, they pay responsibly, and can be a good source of low-end business. Once you're signed up, go by and meet the branch managers and tell them you really want to close for them. The mgrs. can request specific local closers if they wish.

I've never heard of the other company.

Semper fratres,

Thanks for the quick response. Nat'l. Real Estate Information Services is at the top of the letterhead, so maybe one is a subsidiary of the other. Thanks again.

NREIS is a top notch company, one of my favorites. Highly recommend.
