Not postdating right?

I am going on my 2nd signing. There is a set of docs with a green cover on them that says Brokers Disclosures. It seems to be asking for dating of the 17 th of July. I assume that these are docs borrower should have signed previously. I heard somewhere else that as long as I don't have to notarize anything there, that, it's up to borrower if they want to sign with that date or when I meet with them. The docs are the 1003 and Truth in Lending. Am I correct?

Thanks in advance

You are Ok AliSmiley Just point out the instructions to the borrower for the dating.
They have probably already signed these docs and faxed them to the broker, but now they want a "wet" signature. Only backdating you have to worry about ever is on your notary certificatesSmiley
