PROFESSIONAL SETTLEMENT SOLUTIONS
Hello everyone! Please,please,please, anyone! This firm has not paid me for a very large/strsssful/frustrating/power of attorney closing involving 3 persons in two statses/125 page edoc/2copies made by me. Total time:THREE AND A HALF Hr. As if that was not enough,this signing cost me a $50 closing when my next borrower had to leave because i could not meet her at either of the two later times that she was so gracious to agree to. I made the trip several miles away for nothing!!! I figured that i would charge $150 for the signing from hell( dont have time to list all the reasons why it took so long,and was so damn miserable,but believe me,i was TRAPPED IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS!!!) Original fee set for $75,whic i think was low considering i made two sets of 125 pages/almost every page required signing by three persons/tons of POA pages to sign,one of whom was a fully BLIND ,old man of about 75/80 yrs.,throwing tantrum every second!!! BOTTOM LINE,NOT ONE PENNY AFTER TWO MONTHS!!! PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU KNOW ABOUT THEM.
