How do I recognize a notary certificate. Is that part of the loan package? Is it part of a document ,or is it seperated. I see that they are sold seperately?

Jo Jo How can you be a notary and not know what a notary certificate is or recognise one?
Please study your state manual. Before you can be a signing agent you need to know basic notary work.
