Blank T of L - Anyone?

I have recieved a "transfer of lien" in a package. And, basically, it is a form with all blanks. No signature line, but it is to be acknowledged on the last page. (Only 2 pages.)

What am I missing here?

Regards, Brenda

it's probably what most of us would call an Assignment. If so, you don't do anything. This is what the lender uses when they sell the loan to another lender. You don't notarize it. Someone at the lender will when someone there signs.

Thank you, Sue. That helps a lot. I could not figure out what was expected, and I have actually called and asked, but you know how it is. Many times there is not anyone available that really knows what is going on, so they just tell you that it is required and have no further information regarding the same. Brenda
