CSR's

I'm just starting out and wondering if anyone can tell me what CSR stands for.

For lenders or signing services it might mean Customer Service Rep.

The reason why I'm asking is 24-7 listed it in their contract as Deliniqeunt CSR's deduct $10. So I kind of wanted to know what it stands for before signing contract.

According to their website it means: Confirmed Signing Request which is used as an invoice.

With 24-7 it means that they expect you to fax or phone the status of your signing by 6am the day after the signing, or they'll deduct $10 from your fee.

There have been a few threads about 24-7 in here recently, you might want to read over the previous messages to get a better idea of whether you want to work for them or not. They'll deduct from your fees if you're 30 minutes late sending your invoice, but they think nothing of making you wait 45-60 days for payment. The last check I received from them (I no longer do signings for them) was postmarked 34 days after the date on the check.
