Deed of Trust document

I have a Deed of Trust to be notarized. Is it necessary to have each page initialed, or do I just have the borrowers sign where indicated, and of course, I would notarize the document? TIA!

My rule of thumb: If the document has a spot for initials, then it gets initials. If not, no initials. I don't try to second-guess the title company's lawyers on what type of authentication is needed.
