That's it -- I'm disgusted. Those deadbeat companies are getting a D&B letter for collection. I'm willing to pay the $12.50 a letter to attempt receive some of these payments.

You all should turn these companies that don't pay into the credit unions. That's the only way to really get your point across that we're not going to take it anymore. It will also weed out those high/low paying companies that never send checks for payment.

SOMEONE has to TAKE A STAND!

Would it help to let the title co. know that they've sought the professional services of a signing co. that doesn't pay their notaries. Maybe the title co. wouldn't use them anymore and that would get the message across.

Actually, they know. I've let them know repeatedly. Turned in the Title company involved as well. -- Got to get P A I D somehow.
