Depends on which Elite signing services.
If it is Elite out of Cary, Ill they have a bad reputation. About 2 years ago they had an employee embezzle funds, and they have used this as an excuse over and over again for not paying notaries on time. After 2 years it is not a valid reason for not paying.
if you are referring to Elite Signings out of Kansas City, MO, they are an excellent company with a good reputation.
