Help, please
I had my first signing today and in reviewing the documents for the 4th time I realized that the last page of the deed of trust that is the page where I notarize I failed to get the borrower's initials. Since it's only the Acknowledgment and nothing else on that page I guess I overlooked it. Does this page usually need to be initialed by the borrower's?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Some companies require it, some don't. If the borrowers are close to you, I would try and get their initials on that page. If not, send the docs back and keep your fingers crossed. When I first started I missed initials on a page, didn't hurt anything.

Most of Deeds of trust I see do have a space for the borrower to initial on the acknowledgement page.

A lot don't but some do. If there is a place for their initials, I have them do it, if not I don't. The exception were signings I did for a particular company that said all pages in the package that were not to be signed had to be initialed.
