I used to work for them as a closing officer. Our office was very good at what we did. We went out of our way to make sure the closing was done accuretly and proffesionally.
I don't know much about the vendor management department since they are based in MO. But, the few people I met on my training in that office were very nice and accomodating.
I know that the local offices cover a pretty large area and do those closings themselves. So, if there isn't an office near you, you could get some work from them.
