They are the same company, and they don't pay unless you keep hounding them for weeks and weeks and weeks. DON'T WORK FOR THEM.

I had my first assignment from the in March. I worked like a dog to make sure every aspect of the signing went perfectly. I accepted a lousy $65.00 assignment that included e docs as well. I followed their instructions to the letter, invoiced when they said to and have gotten not a red penny from them. I reported to bbb, still to no avail. I wrote them numerous times. They responded saying that they never got my invoice and would consider my email the invoice. I then faxed her my confimation of the invoice, still nothing. How dare they, take my services and not pay. It is the most discusting business I have ever seen. The same thing is happening to me with another agency. I am sick of this and so disappointed in this. I am venting now, I feel like an idiot and so naive, its pathetic.

Why do you all put up with these non paying agencies? The only solution where they will take us seriously is if we threatent then with legal action. I have affordable access to legal services to protect my personal and business rights. If you want to learn more how you can have an attorney in your life without the big expense; learn more at

Do something about it besides complain.

I am employed by a real estate attorney, and I will be filing legal action. I am not trying to sound like a complainer, just venting my disbelief about agencies that are involved in a field where we are bound by the law to make sure every dollar owed is paid.

I would call and leave a message and tell the signing company know that I am going to file a lean on the property if I don't get paid ASAP.

good for you (clapping & cheering from here). I PROMISED to sue them and then called the title company and told them. I got my $$$ one day after my deadline. they even lied about what day the check was sent (unless the post office moves their post marks up by 2 days just to mess with us). A PROMISE, in writing via fax, of suit to be filed within a very short time period (less than a week because w/overnight mail it should only take a day) should get you your money.

Re: SIGN ON THE X-Report to Attorney General

Report them to the attorney general besides the BBB. Include copies of the messages off this board and mention that this company appears to be systematically defrauding people.
