Witness Only Signing

I am listing with another company. They asked what I would charge for a witness only signing? What is a witness only signing and suggestions for charge to put on their form?

This is a basic signing where you witness the borrower's signatures. Only you can determine your rates based upon the situation in your state/region, but generally signing agents begin at $50 and go up to $75 depending upon your experience and area situation.

This term is used also to protect the company as they can say you were not authorized to explain anything and what you did explain was tottally incorrect!!!
