help please

I did a signing on Saturday afternoon. Mt order sheet instructs me that if there are two sets ofdocuments to notify signing company before sending them out. Well, ther's definitely 2 sets of documents and 2 seperate fed ex envelopes to ship docs back to. My dilema is I am here on the east coast which is also where both sets of doce are to be shipped back to. The signing company is in California. With it being a Saturday signing, I wanted to drop the docs firs thing in the morning (5:00 am EST) but if I wait till the signing company gets in, it will be late in the afternoon before I can get them shipped out. Do I wait like they said to, or do I send them out so that they get their documents early. (Sometimes if I ship out that early in the morning they will get them on the same day instead of Tuesday)
Tried to call the signing company on Saturday, but of course no answer.
Thanks for any help you seasoned vets can give me!!!

wait as per your instructions. the signing service might want you to fax them a HUD or some other proof of 2 loans - that way they can bill their client for the double and pay you for it. if you ship them on Monday, they will receive the package on Tuesday and that is fine - have never had same day delivery other than if they sent a courier to pick up docs

Re: Thanks Sue

Sue, thanks for your help. I'm glad I asked before I did anything. The company did want stuff from both sets of docs so they can try and go after them for more money being a piggyback.
