Be sure to read their policies ( http://www.mortgagenotary.com/images/instructions.pdf ) closely. Once that is done, simply send an email or call them and as to sign up.

Paul Thank you for the information - the link that you've provided. Do you work with this company often. The reason I ask is because their instrucutions are lengthy and finite. I am just curious if you work with them frequently, seldom or not at all. Your response may guide me on my decision to work with them Thabk you, Stephanie

Stephanie,
I do not work for this company at all for three reasons: (1) Does not meet my fee schedule; (2) Waiting over 55 days for payment is ludicrous; and (3) I don't accept confirmations by email.
Also, there have been numerous complaints by other notaries public about this company on this and other boards. I have never worked for Jamie Jessup (owner), so I cannot confirm or deny any allegations that may have been made. I will say, that from "conversations" with Jamie on message boards has not encouraged me to change my decision to work with his company in any way. Just from his posts, I question is intent and integrity. But that's my personal opinion.

Re: mortgagenotary.com - Paul
Thank you; it seems as though mortgagenotary.com has to many steps for my taste.
I am accustomed to the procedures of the companies I currently work with and to take on a new company of this natur seems too much of a burden.
Thank you for your input.

I won't work with them. Take forever to pay. Owner has very bad rep on this board and others.

Re: Very good company
I also do a lot of work with MortgageNotary. I like them and they do pay. I don't much like waiting 55+ days to get paid but, I like the steady work. They don't babysit me anymore, they know that I can do the job and I'm happy to be one of their preffered notaries.
