America West in Colorado

Another one bite the dust. America West in Colorado is out of business. This info cam from a Title Company that worked with America West. I have been trying to collect payment from them on a double signing from September. Anyone have any info on who the owners were?

If you are talking about America West Signing out of Arvada, Co, I have been trying to collect for work completed in July & August of 2003. I talked to another notary who hired a collection agent & they agent told her it was "uncollectable" because they were unable to contact the company. I filed a BBB report In October & there was no response.

For my sanity (it really bugged me) I just dropped it and moved on.

Let's be clear:

The company you're talking about is America West SIGNING.

There is also America West TITLE...also in Colorado.

TITLE is fine. I do a lot of business with them and always get paid timely.

SIGNING, if you can believe this board and others, is deadbeat and maybe totally dead.
