Another deadbeat Signing Company

I am a California Notary. My beef is with 21st Century Signing Service. The first signing I did for them, I had to call numerous time to get paid. Finally, I did another signing in January and have yet to be paid. Now when I call all the phones and faxes are discontinued. Is there any recourse?
