Borrower not intrested?

QUESTION: I received a call yesterday for a close today. E-docs. Had to work with a tech to get them to print but printed 2 copies this morning. Mean while trying to get a hold of the borrower. He called this morning and really is busy and really does not care if he signs or not. Do I still charge for the e-docs? They are ready to go!

Also, am doing another close tonight and called borrower last night and she knew nothing about the close. She was told it would be anyday but no specific time. This has ruined my friday which is usually my best money day.

Any remarks folks? Thanks

I do charge the 30.00 e-doc fee. And have had no problem. As for your other signing I would try to nail sown a time slot for that day.
