Did my first one for them on 3/2/04. It was an Edoc package that came just in time, but not in time enough to go through the package & arrange the way I would like. It was also a JUMBO loan, which I am not very familiar with. Signing went well & they met my fee. The person who called me was very personable & when I filled out their contract I was very impressed with it. Instead of a non-compete clause, it said something to the effect of "you are independent and are free to work with whomever you want". I have never seen a contract that spelled out the reality of it so precisely. I wanted to say "Amen!". It is too soon for payment, but I think their contract calls for 30 days.
I would work for them again.
