Phone Call...

Harry, would you mind giving me a call @ 636-458-1735? I received a phone call this evening from a signing company making threats to "have their attorney write me a letter" because of the "negative" comments I've posted on the board. I'd like to discuss this situation with you in detail at your earliest opportunity.

Thanks in advance for your assistance in this matter, Harry!

Thanks for Your "Genuine" Concern, Stephanie...

... & just in case you weren't able to accurately discern the tone of my comment concerning the "phone call"; I do hope you're not laboring under any false illusions regarding my reaction to this very weakly executed intimidation attempt. This saga has only just begun. Buckle yourself up for the long haul!

Re: Thanks for Your "Genuine" Concern, Stephanie...

I was thinking "How dare they...threaten you" Aren't we all entitled to our own opinions.

I feel for you in that I am sorry you have been harassed by someone & have to deal with it.

I am sincere in what I said.

My Sincerest Apologies, Stephanie!

I'm sorry I took your posting in the wrong manner & I apologize deeply. Not to defend my reply to you, but your comment came on the heels of their phone call & I took it the exact opposite way. That's my mistake & I ask for your forgiveness.

Not a problem - did Harry call you?

They don't have a leg to stand on do they?

I'm Not Divulging That Conversation...

... & irregardless of what Harry had to say; NO...they don't have a leg to stand on. Or a foot, or a toe for that matter. This will continue to play itself out & we'll see where it leads. The bottom line is I refuse to be intimidated, nor should anyone else by juvenile tactics like this.

Thank you - I figured it wouldn't go very far.
