My dear dear fellow notaries:
Those that are new, those that have had a year or so - and YES the "old yellers" like me - I am so glad you all are here.
I took a small break from the business to see if i really wanted to get out of being self employeed. Like a moron i went to work in customer service (for those that know me - thats saying something with my hot temper and quick lip) and now work in Insurance.
Well, I am comming home! I have been getting lots of calls for these past 2 years from my old clients that payed good, treated me right, and could look past my IGNORANCE. I am now also in the Aucton business. Auctioins, Mobile Notary Public Services, Property Preservation & Inspections, OMG - her i come again!
As I sat here this LONG day reading all of your posts for the last year I say - keep up the good work. I have been doing this since 1998 (full time up till a year or so ago), have been black balled by half the companies you now are having the same problems as I had with, have filed legal actions, frozen bank accounts, collected from title companies & signers, and almost went CRAZY. but hang in there. it's better than being stuck in an office all day.
