notary express
I just want to let everyone know that express notary is a rude company I a have done 2 signing for them and have had to call him after 60 days to get paid. I called him today for a signing I did 2 month ago. Harry the owner cussed at me and told me i was a dime a dozen and that i was a prima donna and he was sizk of of notaries whining and complaining. I was very professional and asked him to please take me from his data base and when i hung up he was still telling me off. He told me he does not get paid from title companies for 60 days and I told thats a lie. I work for several title companies directly and all parties are pd at funding 5 - 7 business days after . So beware of Notary Express. Thanks for letting me vent!!

They called me twice last week but both fell through. Harry called yesterday to ask about the paperwork for one of them. He forgot they canceled. Should I charge him for the e-docs anyway? 129 pages X 2. Anyone need some extra scrap paper?

I own a company Notary Express, Inc. in Peoria, IL operating in TX, MO, MI, and IL. Would you please give me any information regarding Harry who is doing business as Notary Express. I would enjoy discussing copyright infringements. [e-mail address]

Re: notary express - California ?
Sorry about the error on the previous message....it posted before I could complete it and correct.
However, what about the one in Sacramento, CA run by Rod Luman and Larry? I think there are probably a lot of them out there.

Actually you can have two Notary Express's as long as they don't infringe on each other's regional business. E.g You can have Bob's consulting in CA and WA and be two different people and not be infringing on each others copyright. Just as long as Notary Express doesn't do business in TX, MO, MI, and IL.
A friend of mine went through a situation like this and discovered that the other guy had been using the name longer then he had. So he had to change.
Cheers, Tom

Re: Notary Express, Texas
Sorry to say....We did two signings for Notary Express in Texas. On the first one we received the check but after trying to deposit it , it came back with a stop check and bank charge. We called an no one knew anything about it,Until........, they need another closing and we said, "NO!" and explained why. We were called by the owner, Frank. He promised us that if we did this for him we would receive fees for both signing by the end of the week. We fell for it and have not received payment in three months for either signing. Now they are not answering our calls.
