It appears, Eric, that someone provided you a link that would be promoting a product directly for their personal gain. A better link to use on this board would be: http://www.50statenotary.com/book/index.html in order to sincerely put forth a question about the relative good of the book.

I believe 50 State Notary is a commercial enterprise, as is the instruction manual touted therein. The author of the book is making a profit off the sales. Previously, I believe, 50 State Notary was her website, Columbus Notary.
