The reason my husband made the phone call is because he had our cell. We have free long distance on our cell, this way we don't have to keep paying for long distance. Plus she would never answer the phone for me when I did call from home so he thought if he gave it a try she may answer, which she did. Thank you for your support. Have a nice day!

I would enjoy the opporunity to expound on this notary's comment/complaint as it is our signing service that hired Mrs. Kristi Tracy who created the anonymous message. Mrs. Tracy adverstised her expertise as a signing agent. However, when she arrived at the signing, unbeknownst to our company until after the fact, she arrived at the table WITH HER HUSBAND! Our clients were outraged after she left because she had all the docs spread all over the table and had NO CLUE what she was doing and her husband was trying to help her during the signing!!!!!! The docs were in disarry and she did not know where the borrowers needed to sign on each page. They did NOT want her at the rescheduled appointment and I did not want her to feel badly so I did not tell her at that time why I would be using another notary to execute the assignment properly on the second go around. However, we came to a bridge that we had to cross with her about payment. It is one thing to pay a contractor for a job that they are qualified to do and advertise as such, however, it is another issue entirely when someone is incompetent and yet wants to be reimbursed in the same manner as a wonderfully skilled and well seasoned professional. There is also the issue of fraud on Mrs. Tracy's part. We do not entertain threatening phone calls from anyone includuing the husband's of notaries. We did not contract with Mr. Tracy. We do however, accept invoices and statements if you know how to prepare one and use a fax machine. I think Mrs. Tracy's time would be better spent learning more about her new profession instead of blogging on about a signing gone bad due to her "expert" inabiliities. There is no reason any company would hire a person a second time when there are men and women available who are smart, friendly, copmpetent and dependable in the same venue. This is a memo to thank all of the notaries who are exceptional and bring applause and kudos to this industry so as to diminish the disappointing experiences that we signing companies have on ocassion with the likes of Mrs. Tracy.
