I suggest NNA

I am registered with several companies, but most of my new calls come through my listing on Signingagent.com, the Natioanl Notary Assn. list.
I understand from the ss and title companies, that they will first call a NSA
listed as "certified" before a "non-certified" NSA. This is good enough for me.

Re: I suggest NNA

I concur -- nearly all my new "unsolicited" loan signing calls come from signingagent.com which usually lists the certified signers first when the company does a search.

Re: I suggest NNA

Do any of those companies that want a "certified" agent ever ask to see any proof of certification?

Re: I suggest NNA

I have had a few request a copy of my certification as part of the application process.

Re: I suggest NNA

Hi Gracie,
If the company is searching at SigningAgent.com, your certification is listed on your ad if you are certified with NNA. I considered taking the certification with 123Notary but decided it wasn't really necessary. None of those leads (or from any other lead source) directly asked about my certification. The majority of my leads come from SigningAgent.com. They can see if I'm certified or not.

Where are you located? If you're in CA, I would take the certification exam from someone who is really savvy in this biz....check out notaryclasses.com.
