JJ Closing ?

Has anyone done work for J J Closing Services? They are new to me & want my services. I just wonder if they're another fly by night $50 SS. They're reluctant to pay more but they claim to pay in 10 days. I'm suspicious of any SS that normally pays only $50. What do you think?

IMHO any company that pays just $50 isn't worth your time. In my experience these Co's will most likely not pay at all, count yourself lucky if they do. I've never heard of JJ Closing before but they probably count on P.T. Barnums maxim: There's a sucker born every minute....Good Luck!

I have done a few for J & J Closings out of Baltimore MD. Pay was received as promised.

I did one small job (deed only) for JJ Closing (Baltimore, Md.). They paid within 10 days.
