LENDERS FIRST CHOICE

Has anybody ever heard of this company in California? I did a signing for them and haven't gotten paid and they haven't responded to my e-mails.

Since late February I have handled six closings for them, all of which have paid within a two-week billing cycle except one in mid-March. I haven't checked to see what the problem is on that one, but I'm sure it is minor and I will be paid. Coincidentally, while I was reading your inquiry, Lenders called with a seventh closing. My impression is they look for quality signers and pay above minimum so they get them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! NO PAYMENT AND NO RESPONSE TO CALLS OR E-MAILS.

I would vigorously disagree. LFC has always treated me quite fairly.

Re: LENDERS FIRST CHOICE - Excellent Company

I agree that they are one of the better ones out there; never had a problem with them. Not sure why you're having issues; did you comply with all their procedures?
