Starting your own business

Hello,

My wife and myself are certified signing agents and we are trying to get some info on establishing our own business. We will be working on the Title abstractors certification to do title searches as well. In our state you need E&O insurance but no bond. If we establish a business will we need higher E&O insurance and a company bond??
