Stay away from Executive Closings in FL

Just a word of warning -

Did a job for Executive Closings out of Florida FIVE months ago.
Still waiting for that "check in the mail". Grrrrrr

Good thing I have a cell phone with no long distance charges for calls to Florida or I would be broke.

Did a signing for them 4/8/2004 had a bad feeling about them. Talked to Frank Mandrell, he was upset because I charged $50 for a Quit Claim that ended up being 50 miles away. Wouldn't have taken the job except it was a slow day and they needed someone in a hurry and it was a pretty drive. Don't know if they will pay. But you pay for your education. Just hope we all learn that this type of company is out there and ready to rip us off.

I had a really terrible time getting money that was owed me ($300.) and I was promised the first time it was being "overnighted immediately" as we spoke to insure me they DO pay....well, 6 weeks later the overnight mail hadn't arrived and I had completed another signing for them and they said I was one of their top people. I'd hate to see how they pay the bottom ones. Any way...I posted a "nasty" message on another board & faxed them a copy. They weren't too happy with me...emailed me, called me and all that mean stuff. Said I was on their "DO NOT CALL" list but they finally did pay me to get me off their back...BUT I have heard of people that haven't been paid in a year. NOW THE TOPPER TO THIS IS.....They have called me 3 times since putting me on their "DO NOT CALL" list and each time I tell them they aren't supposed to call me because of that and they say "Oh, sorry"
