Thomas A. Sirianni, Inc. A good Company ?

Has anyone ever worked for this company. I would like some insight.

They called (second time; first time I was booked) with an e-mail closing. I told them the docs would have to go to a local copy shop because I refuse to take e-mail packets. It spooked them when they learned they would have to download an order form for the shop! Strange. Pay was good, too. Don't know how well the follow-through on payment, though.

They are slow to pay. Somehow they are connected to Perfect Closings, both out of New York state.

Thank you for your input. I have two closings to do for this company, expecting a smooth process.

Did a closing for Sirianni on 5/6/2004 and cannot get paid. Sirianni according to web site is an attorney. I plan to make conplaint to NY Bar Association. His phone number is 816/799-5000.

NUMBER IS 516-799-9000. YES HE IS AN ATTORNEY AND THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY AS PERFECT CLOSINGS. THEY PUT OFF PAYMENT AS LONG AS THEY CAN. SEEMS THEY ONLY PAY AFTER THEY ARE THREATENED BY NOTARIES. I HAVE HEARD OF NOTARIES WAITING AS LONG AS 6 MO FOR PAYMENT
