Warning: Non Paying Signing Company
I wanted to warn everyone about Heather Zabinofsky, dba Florida Certified Notary Signing Agents. She owes me over $650. This was for just a couple of weeks worth of closings. I have spoken to a few of the title companies and they are not using her anymore because of Notaries like myself complaining of non-payment. She is out of Merritt Island Florida and there is a formal warning on Mynotarybusiness.com.
