What does my breath stink?

I've asked the question several times and no answer. Is it that nobody has any experience with lenders signing services or they just don't want to say. Are they a good company and do they pay on time.

I'll reply so you don't have to run out and buy some Scope but my reply won't help you. I've been in this business since 1997 and have never heard of them.

I do many closings for them. To date, they are a class act. They've never taken more than 30 days to pay; sometimes, I've received a check in 10 days or so. What are you charging them?

Thanks HisHughness for the info on this company. That helps to ease my mind about there business practices. And I charged them $75.00 for a closing. That included me receiving edocs. Now the only problem I might run into is the customer refused to close due to paper work not matching the agreed upon information with the lender. But the companies guidelines state that they will pay the same whether or not the customer closes or not. So I guess well see.

$75 for edocs is way too low; $100 at a minimum depending upon distance.

The closing was only about 3 miles from my house and on the way to where I was going. And seeing how the company usually only pays $50.00 and I only spent 45 minutes doing the closing that didn't happen I feel that I'm ahead at this point.
