Assignment Deed
Could someone please tell me what is an Assignment Deed? I've been trying to sign up with some of the companies that were given to me in the packet I received when I finished my Loan Signing Agent course, but 3 out of every 5 want you to take their test to see if you qualify according to their standards. What I've run accross is their asking questions on subjects that were never brought up during the course I was taking. Such as Assignment Deed. Is there a book I can purchase that will cover more than just the bare bones documents that are covered in the training courses?
