Bay Area Notary

Does anyone know anything about Bay Area Notary?

I recieved a call from some one of their customers asking if I can "fix" some documents one of their notaries had handled.

Also, their web site seems to need updating.

Should they be put on the no-no list?

I've called to see if I could get listed on their web site twice but was told that they didn't need anyone in Contra Costa County, yet there is no one listed for that county. Also, the person I talked to seemed, at least to me, to be rude.
