December?

Just received the following from somone who runs a notary website as part of a monthly email:

With the holiday season just around the corner, many will be obtaining
home equity lines of credit or just refinancing with cash out.

For some reason I thought that December probably would be slower with everbody concentrating on the Holidays, all the parties, and buying presents, etc.

What is the reality or does it really depend where you are in the country? Am curious

It varies. Guess it depends on if they want the money to spend for Xmas or wait till after Xmas for debt consolidation. I was busy last Dec but Nov this year isn't good.

I've been doing signings for six years. December is always much slower time of year. I'm in So. CA.

Last year it was very slow for me from Nov. - Jan. This year November has been incredibly busy for me so far.
