Equiline Agreement w/ loan documents and Servey Question
I received a second document package next to the loan documents called: Equiline Agreement. The signature lines don't have the borrowers names printed underneath and on the page that states: This note is a "transferable record" as defined in applicable law relating to electronic transactions. ....... underneath is says: Signatures: By signing below you understand we are a national bank association located in North Dakota and the interest rate and related charges are pursuant to the law of North Dakota and federal law. ..... Caution - it is important that you thoroughly read the contract before you sign it. Signature____________ Signature____________ by__________________
underneath is another box saying: Authentication by US Bank NA US Bank affiliate of and agent for the lender on this loan,.....
do I have to have the borrower sign this page? What goes on the "by" line? And do they fill out the Servey documents while I'm there?
