Funding Request Form

I have a Funding Request Form. And, down on the bottom of the page it has,

APPROVED SIGNER/S

The question is....is this for the borrower/s or for some other agency?

Sounds like a citi-mortgage. I believe that is for the escrow officer to sign.

Sounds like a HELOC.

Recently one of the lenders has a form where toward the top, the borrower fills in the amount of cash they want overnighted or wired to them. The bottom of the form has the approved signers area which is a sample signature for authorized borrowers from the Heloc Agreement (not the mortgage or deed of trust) against fraud in the event the checks/credit card were stolen and someone tried to forge the borrowers signatures.

The borrowers named on the Agreement sign here. Sorry for the run-on sentence and plural possessives, but I am too full of turkey to make the corrections. Smiley

The sample signature page used to be on a form by itself, but for this particular lender (cannot remember which one) they are killing two birds with one stone.

That sounds like a Citi-Bank Heloc and yes, the borrowers choose how to get their money and sign the bottom. But I believe the verbage that she used is the paperwork that comes in a CityMortgage first Mortgage and it is for title to take care of.

It is a Citi-mortgage. It is a 2 page document, but the Approved Signer/s is on the bottom of the 1st page. So, does the borrower/s both sign or is this for someone else to sign?

I believe it is for the "funder" to sign, not the borrower. Are the borrower's names typed in? If you want to fax it over, 815-346-2332.

Re: Funding Request Form To JOAN

Good Morning. Thank you for your help. I think it is for someone else to sign. No names are typed. I just wanted to make sure so I thought I would ask on this forum.
