Identifying Witness

How would you handle this? Name on mortgage docs match Drivers Licensce name. Borrower says name is wrong on both Mortgage docs and her drivers license, (it was off one letter of the first name), and has a SS card to prove the way it should be spelled. Would you redraw docs, or have borrower sign as the Legal Identity, ie. Drivers License?
