Need quick help
I have an affidavit regarding purchaser.
It has their names and then this follows.
Being first duly sworn, on oath says that: (They are)(he is)(he know)___the person(s) named as ___in the document dated___,20__,and filed for record___,20__,as document no>___(or in book___of___page___)in the office of the__(conty recorder)___(registrar of titles)of ___county,_____(state).
It seems to me that this is for a recorder. But, do I have them sign and then I notarize and someone else like a recorder fills it out? Or, should I just leave it all alone?
I am holding on to it till I can find an answer.

It has a signature line with their names typed on it. Should I have them sign it at least?

I hope you don't take this wrong, but...
What signatures would you propose be notarized at the courthouse during the recording if the borrowers are the signers?
How would one notarize signatures without witnessing the same being put on the documents?
IMHO, the answer to this problem is to call the title company to get the information necessary and ask permission to put this into the blanks.
At that point, it's complete, no blanks, and ready to be signed and you could then notarize.
And, IMHO, unless, I am missing something, the courthouse angle notarization is not going to work.
